This document outlines the research and implementation plan for achieving VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie) compliance for a new Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) facility in Querétaro, Mexico. The project focuses on integrating advanced data logging and robust Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols, adhering to best practices for dry facilities to ensure maximum product quality and reliability.

Environmental Analysis

A critical first step is analyzing the historical climate data for Querétaro. This (simulated) data informs the necessary specifications for HVAC systems, dehumidifiers, and dry storage to maintain strict environmental controls required for PCBA and VDA standards, especially managing humidity and temperature fluctuations.
